Here are the plans for the Craftsman style house I promised. It’s 4,560 square feet and features a nice size Master Bedroom on the main floor along with a great room concept Family, Kitchen and Eating Area. There’s also a Living Room and Dining Room on the main level. The main level of the house features daylighting by clerestory windows. There’s a second Bedroom adjacent to the Kitchen and Utility areas. The basement features a Guest Suite and large Family Room and additional Bedrooms and Utility spaces
I did the original version of this house in about 1996 and a couple of years later in 1998 did another version of it for another client. This one is a bit bigger and raised a bit so that the basement isn’t so far in the ground. Here’s an exterior view and a kitchen view. I’ll try to post floor plans in the near future.
Here’s another residential project I worked on in 1998. This one was also a lot of fun and the client was awesome. The house was a fairly large one and the owners requirement were very specific and included a studio over the garage for the wife’s work. It’s really kind of sad, but this project was long enough ago that I can’t remember exactly where the site is or this couple did for a living. The basement is 1,732 sf, the main floor is 1,914 sf and the second floor is 2,402 sf.
Here’s a house I did in the Boise area in 1998. It’s a fairly large home. The construction is stone and heavy timber. I know I did this in 3D but I have no idea where the models got to so I’ll have to settle with sharing it in 2D. I really loved the spaces created in this home. It was built on a very large lot and the views from the house are out the back. The site sloped down the hill away from the back of the house. The house had large decks all along the back and a nice pool down the hill a little bit.
